Chris Dyer, the owner, has a lifetime of experience in the construction industry. Following his father in the construction business, Chris trained as an apprentice builder in his hometown in New Zealand. Chris honed his skills working in Australia and in London, England working on projects as diverse as restoring historic homes to round the clock makeovers of McDonald’s restaurants where time management and people skills were critical in order to meet the deadlines. Chris emigrated to the US in 1988;  he has owned and operated his custom home building company in Southern California since 1991. He lives in the community with his wife and 3 children.
